The fountain, with ponies gathered about
The Fountain is a large public fountain in the Ponyville town square, that serves as an unofficial hang-out spot for all ponies. It features a statue of a rearing earth pony at its center, possibly a tribute to the town's founder(s), and a large pool at the bottom. While not officially designed for swimming, ponies often splash around in it to cool off on hot days.
A fairy (Cold Snap) has recently taken to living in and under the fountain, and will likely pop up should anypony visit the fountain area.
On occasion, Historia can be seen swimming about in it
