Introduction
Sunny Rays is a Pegasus pony that's from Cloudsdale, but lives in Ponyville! She is currently a part of the weather crew. She originally appeared in the beginning of "Look Before You Sleep", moving clouds.
She has a couple nicknames: Sunny, Rays, and S.R. being the three most common ones.
Background
Sunny Rays was born in Cloudsdale, but grew up in Ponyville. She lives alone, often taking walks or flights around Ponyville or into Cloudsdale, to check up on the weather. She's a devout Weatherpony, and earned her cutiemark as she helped move clouds for the weather crew.
Appearance
Sunny Rays has a long, pink mane and tail, with a lavender pink streak running through each. Her coat is bright yellow, like the sun! Her eyes are a dull pink, contrasting the two colours in her mane. Her wings are long and thin. Her cutiemark is three yellow suns.
Personality
Sunny Rays is a kind and intelligent pony, that goes out of her way to help others. She can seem awkward at times, but tries her best in social situations. Sometimes, she has difficulty understanding things that turn out to be simple. She doesn't let this get her down, and continues to learn about and understand her flaws. She's got an often times "sunny" personality, but if you get her angry, you might get a whole lot of sass!
Abilities
Sunny Rays has a couple abilities; As a part of the weather crew, she has the ability to move clouds with her hooves. She's always trying her best to make the weather the best it can be! She can also create gusts of wind during wind season with her wings.
Interests
Helping out with the weather crew has been a lifelong dedication for her, and her passion! When she sees a pony that needs help, she's always sure to waste no time in helping them... Even if she doesn't do a great job, sometimes.
